Smith Sr. Will's mother is a school board employee and his father is the owner of a refridgerator company. He is the second child of his parents. Will's oldest sister is Pam Smith, born in 1964, he has a younger twin brother and sister Ellen and Harry Smith. Will attended Overbrooke High School in Winfield, Philadelphia where the 6'2 star was known as "Prince" and "Mr. July". His nicknames we're inspired by talking his way out of trouble. As a poor kid from Philly, Will's motivation to sucess was rapping on the streets at the age of 12. Overbrook High School offered Will a MIT schlarship, but Will turned it down to persue his career in acting and rapping. In 1986 Will me Jeff Townes and formed a duo called Dj Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.

Will and Jazz became very popular and earned alot of fame and riches. Will met his first wife Sharee Elizabeth Zampino in 1991 on the set of "A Different World" show. They were officially married May 9, 1992. The Marriage didn't last long, they both felt they rushed into marriage to fast, causing them to divorce in 1995. Together Will and Sheree had a son November 11, 1992, Williard Christopher "Trey" Smith III. At the age of 21, Will splurged all of his money on a huge house, nice cars, and bling. Later down the road he became in trouble with the IRS and was bankrupt, but not for long. Soon Will met executive Benny Meding. Benny Meding wanted to create a family-friendly sitcom and starred Will Smith. The sitcom was called " The Fresh Prince of Belaire". The sitcom was based on Will's true life, a poor kid from Philly, who moved to the rich Beverly Hills to grow up. The show lasted six seasons. Will met his second wife Jada Pinkett-Smith in 1995 at her auditions to be his girlfriend on "Fresh Prince".

ada did'nt land the role, the Director felt she was too short for the part. Will and Jada dated for Two years and Will finally proposed to Jada in 1997. They married in 1998. Will and Jada are still currently married and shares Two children together, Jaden Christopher Syre Smith ( he starred beside his father in the hit movie "The Pursuit of Happyness" in 2006, and Willow Camille Reign Smith (she starred beside her father in the movie "I Am Legend" in 2008. Will has starred in numerous amounts of movies, best known in: "Six Degrees of separation"(1993), "Bad Boys" (1995), "Men in Black"(2002), "I, Robot"(2004) "Hitch"(2005), "Pursuit of Happyness"(2006), "I Am Legend"(2008), and his latest movie "Seven Pounds"(2008). Will Produces and he is also the writer comic sitcom "All of Us".

Will and Jada Started a foundation called "The Will Jada Family Foundation" to fund charitable organizations in Baltimore, Philadelphia, etc. The focus of the foundation is on youth educational projects and urban inner-city family welfare. Will Also starred a company with his only, youngest brother Harry called "Treyball Development Inc" (Home Division). Will's Family is currently living in a 100 acre ranch in the mountains near Malibu, California. Will Smith's is always acknowledged by his amazing peformance as a comedic and serious actor. Will has kept himself headstrong and a positive role-model throughout his career. His appearance shows hard work and perserverence in his sucessful career.
